Policies and Disclaimer

Confirmation and payment:

A sponsoring arrangement will be confirmed in writing between Interface Research & Consultancy Limited, based in Nairobi, Kenya, acting on behalf of Bima Intermediaries Association of Kenya and the sponsoring | supporting entity. An invoice with payment details will be sent to the sponsoring/supporting entity, and payment will then be expected within 14 days from the invoice date. All amounts mentioned in this document are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added as applicable according to tax legislation.

Cancellation policy:

In case of cancellation of a sponsoring arrangement by the sponsoring organization, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total agreed sponsoring fee applies if the cancellation notice is received more than three months before the opening date of Insurance Agents Choice 2015. If the cancellation notice is received three months or less before the opening date of the Conference, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total agreed sponsoring fee applies. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to the Awards Secretariat.

Any grants / fees provide d b y sponsoring/supporting organizations will go toward defraying the expenses of Insurance Agents Choice Awards 2015 in direct relation to offering the Insurance Agents Choice Awards 2015 Gala Dinner.
